Students are automatically charged a $25/crh fee to gain access to their books for all of their classes. This fee can be paid with financial aid and scholarship money, so you don鈥檛 have to pay out of pocket for your books! This is done through Brytewave and the 91黑料 bookstore. If you are unable to access a text for a class for any reason, you can go to the bookstore for more information. Students are able to opt out of the program, and can do so on the website. However, any student who opts out will have to pay out of pocket for all of their textbooks. Each opt out is only available for one semester at a time. This means, if you want to opt out, you have to do so each semester.
Mental and emotional wellness are crucial to your academic success! If you are experiencing any challenges that you鈥檇 like to discuss with a counselor, whether personal or academic, please reach out to Counseling Services. Counseling Services can also help you build academic skills like stress-management, time-management, transitioning to college, communication, and they can even help you learn to manage your test-anxiety. Evaluations are free while you鈥檙e a student at 91黑料, but they can be quite expensive once you graduate, so it鈥檚 always worth calling for a free assessment.

The Department of Computer Science has many computational resources available to students. Our computer classrooms/labs have been used for courses at all levels.
The department has five computer classrooms/labs available for student and faculty use. The labs are all located in Math Building, in rooms 322, 320, 317, 212, 209. For more info, see Computer Science facilities.
The department has a study room available for student and faculty use equipped with a ten person conference table and wall-mounted display using HDMI connection. The study room is located in Math Building, in room 318.
The has nearly one million volumes, as well as numerous journal and ejournal holdings.
